We provide visual rooftop surveys/inspections on all types of roofs. We’ll determine the condition of the roof, what type of services are needed whether it be maintenance, repairs or replacement and we include estimated budget figures.

BC Roof Inspections’ Design and Specifications Service for re-roofing projects starts with a complete analysis of the existing roof membrane and substrate. How the building is used and its’ location is very important and we give special attention to these factors. Our analysis is performed to determine which roof system is the most appropriate for the project. When we’ve completed our inspection we’ll give you our recommendation as to the most appropriate system to be installed.
